Every public library must have a certified technology plan, approved by the State Library, in order to receive E-Rate discounts for Priority Two services. Ideally, a technology plan should be an integral part of the long range planning for the library. The links below provide the basics of technology planning, samples of technology plans, and E-rate specific technology plan information from SLD.
