The support may include dedicated tax payments in those counties where the municipality contributes to the support of a county library system, expenses incurred by the municipality in support of the public library not specifically appropriated to the library (these expenses must be documented), and the budgeted appropriation. The total municipal support during 2008 is divided by the 2007 Equalized Valuation in calculating the per capita aid to be paid in October 2009.
